Apartheid

Under apartheid, there was only one black employee at the Koeberg nuclear power station. It was one of South Africa`s most secrets sites, and since any black South African was concidered a security risk, the management stained to avoid hiring any. But there was one job that could not be done by a white. Koeberg`s lone black woeker was paid to run away from the guard dogs, to train them to bite blacks.
